The HID 1434nssnn FlexSmart key fob is a smart credential featuring the 1K MIFARE Classic memory structure. These key fobs are ideally suited for access control applications where photo IDs are not required. The 1434 key tag is RF programmable and works on 13.56 MHz MIFARE Classic compatible smart card readers. The FlexSmart memory structure has the ability and capacity to store multiple applications on a single key fob. The keyfob data is protected with encryption keys that are used in the mutual authentication process. No data is shared until the fob and reader have been mutually authenticated.
